Position Overview:
As a Gaming Arcade Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable gaming experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the arcade machines, and upholding a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer packages is a must. Any diploma or above in computer-related fields is an added advantage.
- Flexibility: You must be willing to work late hours from 10 am to 8:30 pm, accommodating the gaming preferences of our diverse customer base.
- Availability: Immediate availability is preferred, as we are looking for individuals who can join our team promptly.
- Customer-Friendly: A positive, customer-oriented attitude is essential. You will be interacting with a wide range of customers, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing guidance on arcade games and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain arcade machines, addressing technical issues promptly or reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle cash transactions, including game credits and ticket redemption.
- Enforce safety and security protocols to create a safe gaming environment.
- Keep the arcade area clean and organized.
- Promote our gaming arcade’s services and special promotions to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
