1. CLERKS (Front Office Booking Clerks)
Number of Positions: 10
Role Overview:
We are in search of 10 highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals who will be responsible for serving as front office booking clerks for parcels and passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling booking requests from both passengers and parcel senders.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth booking process.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting with other front office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A diploma in a management course or equivalent in customer services (will be an added advantage).
- At least 1-year experience of working within an office or hospitality industry.
- Must be medically fit for extended working hours.
- Cashier skills and qualifications.
- Basic math and computer skills.
2. WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR
Job Location: Nairobi
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Workshop Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing full administrative support to the workshop management.
- Issuing job lists to workshop/compound staff.
- Ensuring completed vehicles are available for collection/delivery.
- Ensuring all workshop activities (job cards) are entered into the ERP system.
3. PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
Job Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
The Procurement Assistant will perform the following duties under the overall supervision of the Accounts Manager, Procurement Section:
- Review, record, and prioritize purchasing requests.
- Obtain additional information/documentation as required.
- Prepare scope of work and specifications of goods and services.
- Identify and recommend sources of procurement; interview potential suppliers.
- Produce tender documents (e.g. Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals, and Requests for Quotation) based on the nature of the requirements and cost of procurement involved.
- Prepare abstracts of offers and compile data contained in quotations, proposals, and bids.
- Determine which supplier can deliver the required goods/services at the best terms and lowest costs possible.
4. LONG DISTANCE BUS DRIVERS
Number of Positions: 20
Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire 20 highly motivated and disciplined Long-Distance Bus Drivers. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Being responsible for the bus and the safety of passengers.
- Demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Acting courteously and self-motivated in providing excellent service.
- Picking up customers as per company policies and ensuring safe and timely transportation to their destinations.
- Assisting passengers with their bags and luggage.
- Performing daily and monthly vehicle inspections as required.
- Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned and fueled accordingly.
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance for vehicles.
5. LONG DISTANCE BUS ASSISTANTS (CONDUCTORS)
We are looking to hire 10 highly motivated individuals
Responsibilities
- Responsible for bus customers on board
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Courteous and self-motivated individual
- Helping passengers with luggage
- Perform first aid when called to.
- Handling parcels
- Handling bus boots
- Responsible for all bus tools not limited to on board devices i.e. radio, screens, charging sockets
- Responsible for bus exterior and interior cleanliness.
