Youth unemployment is a key contributor to the challenges currently facing the young people in the country and Murang’a County in particular.
To address these unique challenges affecting the youths, the County Government initiated the Murang’a County Youth Service (MYS) Programme that offers direct short term Work Study and targeted Short Courses to the Youths within Murang’a County for a period of three months.
After the short term work study Programme and short courses training, successful youths will be issued with a small grant as capital for self-employment.
In this regard, Youth Applicants are invited for the Second Cohort Recruitment.
The recruitment process into the MYS is a transparent process and Youths seeking to benefit from the program are invited to participate in the indicated venues:
