Alethea are looking to hire a shop attendant to be stationed at their new shop to perform the following responsibilities for their two shops; Alethea and Alethea Home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community engagement
Order fulfilment for in-store and online sales
Who they are looking for:
– Good command of spoken and written English and Kiswahili
– Polite and friendly
– Customer oriented
– Team player
– Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
– Experience managing an instagram page(responding to comments, responding to DMs, posting on stories and on the feed)
