1. General Laborer:
As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the construction team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support project completion. Duties include material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradesmen. No specific prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
2. Surveyor:
The Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate measurements and mapping of construction sites. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, utilizing advanced surveying equipment, and collaborating with project engineers to provide precise data. Previous experience as a Surveyor and proficiency in relevant tools and software are preferred.
3. Carpenters:
Carpenters will be responsible for crafting and installing building frameworks and structures. Skills in woodworking, blueprint reading, and precision are essential. Prior experience in carpentry is required.
4. Tipper Drivers:
Tipper Drivers will operate heavy-duty trucks to transport construction materials to and from job sites. A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and experience in handling tipper trucks are necessary.
5. Water Tank Drivers:
Water Tank Drivers will be responsible for transporting water to various locations on construction sites. A valid CDL with the appropriate endorsements and experience in water tank operation are required.
6. Roller Operator:
As a Roller Operator, you will be operating heavy rollers to compact soil and asphalt. Experience in operating rollers and knowledge of compaction techniques are essential.
7. Loader Operator:
Loader Operators will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move materials around the construction site. Experience in operating loaders and familiarity with safety protocols is required.
8. Rubber Tire Roller Operator:
The Rubber Tire Roller Operator will be in charge of operating specialized rollers for finishing surfaces. Previous experience in operating rubber tire rollers is necessary.
9. Double Drum Roller Operator:
Double Drum Roller Operators will operate heavy rollers with two drums for compacting surfaces. Experience in operating double drum rollers and knowledge of compaction procedures are required.
10. Earthworks Foremen:
Earthworks Foremen will oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew involved in earthmoving operations. Strong leadership skills, experience in earthworks, and knowledge of construction site safety protocols are necessary.
11. Bulldozer Operator:
Bulldozer Operators will be responsible for operating bulldozers to clear and grade land. Previous experience in operating bulldozers and knowledge of grading techniques are required.
