Data Collection Enumerators
CPHRM Group is a Research, Advisory, and Software Solutions firm that develops, implements, manages, and operates turn-key projects and solutions.
We seek experienced Data Enumerators to collect sampled household data in the following counties, Garrisa, Lamu, Tana River, Isiolo, Samburu, West Pokot, Laikipia, and Baringo.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit sampled households to interview eligible respondents and re-collect data.
- Explain the objectives of the exercise and their procedures to respondents.
- Interpret interview questions to assist respondents in understanding them and providing eloquent answers.
- Conduct extensive visual surveys of sampled households.
- Talk to respondents at their homes, ask questions, and submit data to help build comprehensive records for decision-making.
- Analyze the authenticity of the information provided by ensuring direct contact with each family/member within a family.
- Report to the supervisor promptly, providing daily reports on completed assignments and progress.
- Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data.
- Double-check information on survey information pads to ensure the accuracy of information.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Successful candidates will be paid a rate of Kshs 2,500/= (Two thousand, five hundred) daily to cater for daily wages and logistics based on daily performance targets outlined in the contract.
