1. Head of Projects

HFDI

The purpose of this job is to provide oversight and stewardship on implementation of the entire portfolio of projects within HFDI. This is to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely exit as per signed business cases. The role holder will coordinate a portfolio of projects amounting to Kes. 15- 20 Billion working closely with the respective project managers and key stakeholders in the project management value chain. This is a strategic role that demands vast project management experience, strong leadership competencies, astute technical knowledge and cost management.

2. Manager, Product and Customer Value Management

Strategy & Business Performance

Maximize the value HF Group derives from its existing customer base by conducting the following:

  • Product uptake: Provide data insights on customer behavior and develop and implement uptake strategies that will improve customer retention, new activation and product uptake at a customer level (PPC)
  • Revenue assurance: Create and optimize product and customer value based on behavior and lifecycle, and identify revenue optimization opportunities by analyzing existing customer behavior and core banking system efficiency and supporting processes.
  • Revenue tracking: Track identified revenue initiatives, their implementation and efficiency in realization through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cost Containment: Track cost containment initiatives working with Finance and respective cost centers to ensure implementation
  • Post-implementation review of strategic initiatives: undertake analysis against projected outputs and report on the same.

3. Property Advisor

Source and close sales leads to grow the business and achieve the expected sales targets of the HFDI project end-to-end and preparing daily sales reports for consideration by the Team Sales Leader. The property advisor will be expected to aid us in growing our business in the real estate sector, which includes the sale of both residential and commercial plots.

4. Project Development Manager

We are seeking an individual to take up the role of a Project Development Manager who will implement project milestones and exit projects per commercial undertakings while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal and external stakeholder satisfaction. The role holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and fulfilling stakeholder expectations.

We are seeking an individual to take up the role of a Safety Officer who will implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and promote a culture of safety awareness in our projects. The Safety Officer collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to minimize risks and prevent accidents.

6. Relationship Officer

Commercial Banking

  • Follows up on customer service issues
  • Manages the portfolio in absence of Relationship manager
  •  Maintains the relationships in liaison with the Relationship Manager
  • Assists the Relationship Manager meet the set targets.

7. Credit Analyst, Commercial Banking

Commercial Banking

The purpose of the role is to support Commercial Banking Business segment in promptly structuring credit deals by evaluating the creditworthiness of a borrower and ensure the proposed credit risk is profitable, beneficial to the client and is within the relevant policies and regulations.

The job holder will have be expected to prepare sound, prudent and judicious credit request proposals in line with the Bank’s credit policy and approved product offering. The job holder will also provide advice and techniques to mitigate risks for credits that are considered bankable.

8. Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

Commercial Banking

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving business growth in Commercial banking segment. The role holder will have a holistic view of all accounts within his/her portfolio, using lead generation and account prioritization to cross sell Bank products and extract value from said portfolio whilst maintaining/ building customer relationship and account information.

9. Relationship Manager – Trade Finance

Operations/Governance

  • Trade Finance deal origination, structuring, placement and portfolio management.
  • Building and maintaining strong trade customer relationships through excellent customer service in order to achieve customer loyalty and maximize share of wallet.
  • Support the day-to-day operational activities of Trade Finance unit and ensure trade finance transactions are processed promptly and accurately and within policy guidelines.
  • Trade finance portfolio management – both funded and non-funded facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to the terms and conditions and actively monitoring the underlying contracts.
