HEAD OF TRADING
Reporting to the Director – Treasury Division, this position is responsible for formulating and driving FX Trading strategies, profitability, maintain relevant market share in collaboration with the other units within Treasury, other businesses, subsidiaries and will interact with other enabling functions of the Bank.
The Head of FX Trading plays a pivotal role in driving overall treasury strategy to grow income from FX solutions to customers through pricing guidance, trading in FX Spot, Swaps, Forwards, and other derivative products as per approved limits in line with ALCO guidelines.
This strategic leadership position involves developing and implementing effective strategies to grow traded volumes, counterparty relationships and manage key stakeholder partnerships- internal and external. The Head of FX Trading will lead and develop a team of FX traders with capabilities to meet partner needs and drive achievement of performance targets.
