The Centum Real Estate Future Leaders Graduate Program is a two-year intensive initiative that offers exciting workplace learning opportunities. As a participant, you will spend your days at the heart of East Africa’s largest Real Estate company. Eligibility Criteria
We are seeking graduates who have the capacity to succeed at Centum Real Estate today and have the potential to be our leaders of tomorrow. The ideal candidate must:
- Be ambitious, proactive, creative, take challenges head on, optimistic.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, energetic and risk taker.
- Be a curious learner, digital problem solver and tech-savvy.
- Be assertive and confident in communication and have strong personal and presentation skills.
- Be ready to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving, challenging environment.
- Have graduated in 2023 or is scheduled to graduate in 2024.
- Have obtained a minimum of B+ in KCSE or equivalent (for Kenyan Graduates) or 15 aggregates in UACE or equivalent (for Ugandan Graduates).
- Have 2nd upper or above, regardless of the degree discipline.
- Have 0-2 years of work experience.
