Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relations and Sales Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will act as the initial point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our services, and ensuring their ultimate satisfaction. This role is perfect for a highly organized, communicative, and sales-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our clients and company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients through emails and calls to explain our services, finalize sales, and ensure the receipt of payments.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  3. Verify and record client payments, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  4. Maintain continuous communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the service process.
  5. Provide post-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term client relationships.
  6. Coordinate with our team of Expert Document Writers and LinkedIn Optimizers to initiate and track the progress of client orders.
  7. Compile detailed sales reports and maintain records of prospective clients for weekly and monthly reviews with the OYK leadership.
  8. Represent OYK professionally, upholding our values and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the OYK CEO and Brand Executive.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum grade of B- in KCSE, with at least a B plain in English.
  • Demonstrable skills in sales, client relations, and communication.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
