For instance, the position of Driver II demands at least a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D (Plain) or its equivalent, a valid driving license, a First-Aid Certificate, a Suitability Test for Driver Grade III, a Certificate of Good Conduct, and a minimum of two years of driving experience. Similar detailed requirements apply to the other positions, reflecting the MOD’s commitment to professionalism and competence in its workforce.
