Principal Accountabilities (KEY Performance areas): Deliver onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary for efficiency and customer satisfaction.Deliver in flight customer service to set standards for customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Maintain proper utilization of company property to avoid wastage and misuse. Implement health, safety, and security standards to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight. Sell duty free items to maximize profits. •Resolve all Opportunities to improve on board and close feedback with the assistant flight purser.
