Available Positions:
1. Clinical Pharmacist (Oncology) Responsible for the safe and effective use of medications in oncology patients. The role involves assessing drug regimens, managing side effects, providing patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
2. Clinical Oncologist This role requires diagnosing and treating cancer using a range of methodologies including chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, biological therapy, and targeted therapy. The Clinical Oncologist will also be involved in counseling patients and their families, conducting research, and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings.
3. Medical Oncologist The Medical Oncologist specializes in diagnosing and treating cancer through medical therapies, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted agents. Responsibilities include patient management, development of treatment plans, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and contribution to oncological research.
4. Radiation Oncologist Specializes in treating cancer with radiation therapy. Duties include designing treatment plans, monitoring patient responses, managing radiation side effects, and coordinating care with other oncology specialists.
5. Pulmonologist Focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary (lung) conditions and diseases. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, managing patient care, and conducting research on respiratory disorders.
6. Nephrologist Responsible for diagnosing and treating kidney diseases, managing dialysis treatments, and overseeing renal transplantation procedures. The Nephrologist will also contribute to research and education in nephrology.
7. Nuclear Medicine Physician Involves the use of radioactive substances to diagnose and treat diseases. Responsibilities include performing and interpreting scans, administering therapeutic nuclear medicine, ensuring radiation safety, and collaborating with other medical staff.
8. Medical Officer Medical Officers provide comprehensive healthcare services, conduct medical examinations, develop treatment plans, and oversee public health programs. They should ensure the delivery of quality clinical services.
9. Pharmacist Pharmacists are responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on drug usage, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring medication safety. The role may also involve conducting health and wellness screenings.

Eligibility and Application Details: To qualify for these esteemed positions, applicants must meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. Eligibility includes certification of good conduct, tax compliance, clearance from various governmental boards, and reports from a Credit Reference Bureau where applicable.
