| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Monitor product and package quality and GMP/GLP at plantInitiate RCA for deviations or non-conforming processes and productsProduct release upon meeting specificationIncoming inspection of materialsDispatch processes of out going preformsGood manufacturing practices implementationRoot cause analysis for safety and quality non-conformitiesCarry out safety awareness to the shop floor staffInternal calibration of laboratory equipmentParticipate in risk assessments for EOSH, Quality and Food safety |
| Skills, Experience & Education | ExperienceMinimum 2 years in similar role or a QC roleMinimum 2 years in an FMCG, bottling or Food processing plantEducationDiploma or Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science and Technology/Industrial of analytical Chemistry |
