Operate and Manage the assigned LPG Shop and the stocks allocated and ensure their availability both on the cage and outlet with effective and efficient delivery to customers and to avoid stock outs.
Main Responsibilities.
- Ascertain that all products are clean, well displayed and are sold at correct recommended retail price to meet sales targets.
- Circulate daily opening stock status at or before 0730H
- Carrying out market price survey from competitors and sharing with the coordinator.
- Communicate with the coordinator before close of business regarding orders, products sold and payment received for reconciliation.
- Ensure timely collections and confirmation of funds from customers and adhere to their set payment terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers i.e. within 10 minutes of receiving the order.
- Activate and sensitize the use of the Tokob Energy Ltd WhatsApp group to clients and new customers.
- Effective and efficient onboarding of new customers to the Tokob Energy Ltd WhatsApp group.
- Give customer feedback regarding complaints or suggestions and track progress of the same to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting weekly and monthly stock take at the assigned shop in liaison with a third party staff.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Sharing all customers data and records to the coordinator.
- Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the coordinator or company from time to time.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies.
- At least a KCSE certificate with ability to analyze and balance stocks, experience in LPG cylinders sale, honesty and accountable
- Good communication and negotiation skills, attentive to details, flexible, assertive, proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Must be able to deliver on a motorbike and possibly a bicycle within the assigned area
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision
