Job Description:
Kenya Wines Agencies Ltd (KWAL) is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative for our Kisumu region. As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting visits to both existing and potential outlets within the assigned territory to meet sales targets and ensure continuous business growth.
- Achieving product availability goals by identifying and securing listings, focusing on strategic brand targets to enhance numeric distribution across different brand categories.
- Improving product accessibility by managing Forward Share of Inventory (SOVI), minimizing stockouts, and securing targeted cold and ambient space across various channels.
- Ensuring product affordability by adhering to Recommended Retail Price (RRP) guidelines for strategic brands, tailored by channel and outlet type.
- Planning and implementing activation initiatives like promotions and tastings in alignment with the territory sales strategy.
- Maintaining the required rate of customer visits, call effectiveness, and meeting minimum order requirements to boost sales volumes and values.
- Managing cash and credit effectively to foster growth in volume and value of KWAL brands.
- Monitoring and managing company assets in accordance with KWAL policies to ensure optimal utilization.
- Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently in partnership with the customer service team.
- Providing accurate and timely reports to the territory manager to support effective planning and decision-making.
