Duties and Responsibilities


Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-


a) processing payments.


b) Verifying payment vouchers and bank reconciliation statements following laid down financial rules and regulations.


c) Compiling information required in the budgetary process and participating in preparation of budget estimates.


d) Compiling and formatting financial estimates.


e) Taking initial action on budget monitoring.


f) Preparing reports and briefs on budgetary allocations.

Supply Chain Management

Duties and Responsibilities


Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:


a) Preparing procurement plans and processing of purchase requisitions;


b) Preparing procurement specifications and carrying out market surveys and research;

c) Preparing periodic and annual supply chain management reports and returns;


d) Processing of purchase orders and expenditures.


e) Receiving and processing suppliers’ invoices for payment.
