1. Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, coordination of meetings, and support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Receptionist
As the face of KETRACO, the Receptionist will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a knack for providing outstanding customer service.
3. Supply Chain Assistant Stores & Warehouse
This position involves managing inventory, organizing store and warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely supply of materials. Candidates should have a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control.
4. Business Development Officer
Focused on identifying new business opportunities and strategies for growth, the Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding KETRACO’s market presence. This requires innovative thinking, market research, and strategic planning skills.
5. Security Officer – Operations
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, the Security Officer will oversee operations, coordinate security efforts, and implement safety protocols. Experience in security management and operations is essential.
6. Human Resource Officer – Payroll & Compensation
