Chef requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume catering environment.
– Culinary experience or certification preferred.
– Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
