    • Job Purpose: Organize, conduct, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance organizational and individual performance of operational personnel and commercial customers.

    • Department: IT

    • Responsibilities: Providing end users with regular updates on the progress of resolving their incidents or fulfilling their requests.

    • Job Purpose: Overseeing Kenya Airways’ Technology Operations teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of information systems and technology services. Primary focus on delivering resilient services and driving continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
  4. IRC2954 – Market Support Executive –
    • Department: Commercial
    • Responsibilities: Driving and ensuring proper implementation of sales strategies and plans in the market. Efficiently managing and coordinating pricing and sales-related processes in designated markets to maximize POS revenue. Monitoring the performance of assigned countries and routes to develop and supply valuable management information to the assigned area. Conducting strategic development research in the area for future opportunities and growth.
