Roles and Responsibilities:

Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopters & Medium to Wide Bodied Aircraft): Oversee and ensure the safety of flight operations, certify pilots, and ensure compliance with national and international aviation standards.

Airworthiness Inspectors: Conduct inspections, oversee maintenance procedures, and ensure that aircraft meet safety regulations and standards.

Aviation Personnel Licensing Officer I: Handle the issuance and renewal of aviation licenses, conduct examinations and evaluations for aviation professionals.

Air Transport Officer I: Monitor and regulate air transport services, negotiate air service agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Safety Officer: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety culture within the aviation sector.

Assistant National Continuous Monitoring Coordinator: Assist in monitoring aviation systems and operations to ensure continuous compliance and efficiency.

Curriculum Development & Research Officer: Develop and research training materials and curriculums for aviation education and training programs.

Senior Procurement Officer: Oversee procurement processes, ensure transparency and compliance with procurement laws and guidelines.

Senior Internal Auditor – Information Systems: Conduct audits on information systems, ensure data integrity, and safeguard against risks related to information technology.

Senior Inspector – Approved Training Organization: Oversee training organizations, ensure compliance with educational standards, and certify training programs.

Head of Curriculum Development & Research Unit: Lead the development and updating of educational programs, oversee research activities to enhance training quality.

Chief Airworthiness Inspector (Avionics, Air Frame and Power-Plant): Lead inspections, certify aircraft for fitness, and supervise teams of inspectors.

Chief Inspector – Approved Training Organization: Manage the certification and oversight of training organizations, ensuring they meet required educational standards.

Chief Aviation Security Inspector: Oversee aviation security operations, develop security measures, and coordinate with national and international security agencies.

General Responsibilities for All Positions:
