We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Regional Manager – Branch Banking

Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Head of Branches

Job Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional strategies to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Oversee the management of branch operations within the assigned region.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth by ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.
  • Analyze and monitor branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies across the branches.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to branch managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Support business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the branch network.

2. Relationship Officer – Mortgages

Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Relationship Manager – Mortgages

Job Description:

  • Manage and grow the mortgage portfolio by developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Provide customers with tailored mortgage solutions and advice to meet their financial needs.
  • Support the processing and approval of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mortgage sector.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the mortgage team.

3. Relationship Manager – Mortgages

Reports to: Manager/Senior Manager, Branches & Partnerships

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the mortgage business and meet performance targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the real estate sector.
  • Oversee the entire mortgage lending process, from client onboarding to loan disbursement.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring timely repayments and minimal non-performing loans.
  • Provide training and support to the mortgage sales team to improve their performance and expertise.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with mortgage products and services.

4. Relationship Manager – Water and Sanitation

Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Manager/Senior Manager, Branches & Partnerships

Job Description:

  • Drive business growth in the water and sanitation sector by developing tailored financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including private companies, NGOs, and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities within the water and sanitation industry.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets by managing portfolio performance effectively.

5. Sales Manager – Scheme Loans

Department: Branch Banking
Reports to: Head of Branches

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the scheme loans portfolio.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employers and industry partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to loan disbursement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
