Purpose of the STEM Apprenticeship Program
The STEM Apprenticeship Program aims to:
- Build a sustainable talent pipeline in the Supply Function.
- Equip apprentices with the skills needed for a successful career in a manufacturing environment.
- Instill the right work ethics and professional values required for STEM professionals.
Program Objectives
- Provide hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and operations.
- Offer opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Foster the development of key skills, including problem-solving, communication, and technical expertise.

Are You the ONE We’re Looking For?
We are looking for recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Science or Engineering.
- Recent graduation (0-3 years post-graduation).
- Evidence of excellence in academic and extracurricular activities.
- Distinction or Credit qualifications.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A passion for learning and a proactive approach to challenges.
