Positions Available
1. Front Office Manager (FOM)
The Front Office Manager is a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational excellence. Golden Tulip Hotels is looking for an individual who can lead and inspire the front office team to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front office operations, including reception, reservations, and concierge services.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent guest interactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Assistant Front Office Managers (AFOM) managing properties with 250+ rooms are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with branded hotel chains is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the African market is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is essential for success in this role.
2. Food & Beverage Manager (F&B Manager)
The Food & Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of Golden Tulip Hotels’ culinary and beverage operations. This position requires a strategic and innovative leader with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee inventory, budget management, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute banquets and events for up to 1,000+ guests, ensuring flawless delivery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Assistant Food & Beverage Managers (AF&B) managing 4+ restaurants and bars with significant banqueting/conferencing experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in branded hotel chains is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the African market is a plus.
