Salesforce Administrator – REAP for Nutrition

The Salesforce Administrator REAP for Nutrition is part of the ICT team focused on providing the defined product specific technology set up and support to programs that are nutrition layered. You will lead the definition and implementation of the required technology in collaboration with the key program stakeholders.

The incumbent will serve as the lead Salesforce Administrator and developer, promoting technology innovation to serve the current and future REAP for Nutrition Program needs, optimize user experience through system training, adoption and support, keeping abreast of the technology and product level needs and driving product specific custom system development projects.

This role will be responsible for the quality of technology innovation, set up and support to the REAP for Nutrition portfolio of programs. They will work with other technology service teams to ensure that even the services that they may not be directly responsible for are delivered to the satisfaction of users and to the optimal support of the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product and Program Needs Analysis
  • Custody And Maintenance of The Overall Performance Insight (PI) Architecture3.3 Manage system development and change process for the systems in scope of your work (Salesforce & Taroworks)
  • Maintain Security and Integrity for the PI Ecosystem
  • Responsibility For the Overall Technology Support for The Product
  • Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance
  • Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics/ statistics or Business Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Saleforce Administration or in a similar role.
  • Experience in Business (Requirements) Analysis; systems deployment change management processes.
  • Deep knowledge and Experience with systems development life cycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and project management
  • Certification and experience with Salesforce development approaches including programming language (APEX) and supporting languages such as Java .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions to issues.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
