The Data Services Lead is responsible for leading a technical team in the design, development, and maintenance of distributed applications and enterprise integrations. This role involves overseeing the architecture and implementation of multi-tier cloud-based solutions that effectively transform and manage enterprise data across various platforms, including Azure, Salesforce, and other cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Drive team performance, ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met with high quality.
- Provide technical guidance and career development support to team members.
Systems Architecture and Development:
- Design and develop scalable, distributed applications using object-oriented principles.
- Architect multi-tier cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in systems architecture, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, MS TSQL, and Microsoft Cloud services.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Experience with enterprise platform integrations, particularly in Azure and Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certification in Microsoft technologies or relevant platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics solutions.
