Job Description:
This is an entry-level and training position within the ICT cadre. As an ICT Assistant III, you will work under the guidance of a senior officer and play a key role in implementing ICT policies, strategies, and operations to support organizational goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Policy Implementation:
Implement ICT policies, strategies, regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency. - Data Collection:
Gather operational data to inform ICT-related decision-making and planning. - Device Installation and Configuration:
Install and configure ICT end-user devices such as computers, printers, and related peripherals to enhance productivity. - System Updates and Configuration:
Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications to maintain system functionality and security. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues efficiently. - Equipment Maintenance:
Repair and maintain ICT equipment and associated peripherals to ensure optimal performance. - Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance of ICT equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Requirements for Appointment:

- Academic Qualifications:
A Diploma in any of the following fields:- Computer Science
