We are seeking to fill the following positions:
1. Chief Inspector, Aircraft Registration and Administration

Grade: KCAA Scale 5
Department: Airworthiness
Reports To: Manager Airworthiness
Job Description:
- Interpret and implement airworthiness policies, standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance control inspections for aviation operators.
- Coordinate with Flight Operations Inspectors on MEL and special operations approvals (e.g., RVSM, PBN, ADS-B).
- Certify and recommend approvals for AMOs, certificates of airworthiness, and aircraft special flight permits.
- Develop surveillance plans for maintenance organizations and operators.
- Conduct enforcement processes and resolve safety concerns.
- Evaluate aircraft lease agreements and modifications for compliance.
2. Head of Department, Aviation Safety and Security Training

Job Description:
- Implement training policies and develop course content.
- Coordinate curriculum development and standardization of training materials.

3. Chief Meteorology Inspector

Job Description:
- Conduct audits and inspections of Aeronautical Meteorological Services.

- Assess Quality Management Systems for aeronautical meteorological service providers.
- Conduct on-job training for meteorological inspectors and resolve safety concerns.
4. Chief Inspector, Approved Training Organization

- Certify training organizations and oversee compliance with aviation regulations.
