Position Overview: ICT Intern

  3. Support for LAN and WAN Systems
    • Provide technical support for Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), collaborating with IT teams and service providers to address and resolve network-related issues.
  4. Management of Local Domain Structures
    • Oversee the management of local domain structures, including user accounts, rights, and privileges, using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
  5. Configuration and Maintenance of Communication Systems
    • Configure and maintain Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) systems and telephones. Liaise with service providers to ensure seamless communication across all departments.
  6. Enterprise Endpoint Protection
    • Install and manage Enterprise Endpoint Protection (EPP) systems in coordination with enterprise administrators, safeguarding Java House’s digital assets from cyber threats.
  7. Privileged Access Management
    • Support the maintenance and management of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, ensuring the security of sensitive information and critical systems.
  8. Documentation and Technical Guides

  9. Other Assigned Duties
