Position 1: Driver
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Support:
- Provide transportation for hospital departments, including the collection of supplies and delivery of goods to satellite clinics.
- Facilitate transport for hospital staff executing official duties.
- Assist visitors by providing transport across hospital facilities.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Report any mechanical or electrical faults promptly to the supervisor for repairs.
- Maintain all necessary vehicle documents, such as insurance and service records.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and well-serviced at all times.
- Journey Management:
- Record start and end mileage for all trips in the logbook.
- Obtain proper authorization for every journey before departure.
- Security & Compliance:
- Safeguard vehicles and any goods in transit.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or damages involving hospital vehicles.
- Submit receipts for all expenses, such as fuel or emergency repairs.
Position 2: Rider
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Support:
- Facilitate the delivery of goods, documents, and supplies to various hospital departments and satellite clinics.
- Assist in running errands for hospital staff as assigned.
- Provide timely transportation services in alignment with operational needs.
- Motorcycle Maintenance:
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure motorcycles are in good condition.
- Report mechanical or electrical issues to the supervisor for immediate attention.
- Keep motorcycles clean, serviced, and fully compliant with required documentation.
- Journey & Security Management:
- Record trip details accurately in the provided logbook.
- Ensure the safety of motorcycles and goods during transit.
- Adhere to hospital protocols for fuel and maintenance expense reporting.
