Job Description:
As a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical, Production & Energy Engineering, you will play a crucial role in advancing academic excellence and contributing to Moi University’s mission of fostering innovation and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Mechanical, Production, and Energy Engineering programs.
- Develop, update, and review course materials to ensure relevance to current industry trends and technological advancements.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in recognized journals to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in engineering.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in research projects and theses.
- Participate in curriculum development and enhancement activities within the department.
- Engage in community outreach and extension services to promote industry-academia collaboration.
- Provide academic advisory and mentorship to students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental and institutional strategic goals.
