Role Summary
The ICT Specialist will be responsible for managing and ensuring the optimal performance of the technical infrastructure supporting the System .
This includes overseeing server performance, maintaining communication channels, providing technical support, ensuring data security, and conducting rigorous system testing.
The ICT Specialist will ensure that the system operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations, facilitating smooth and reliable communication for stakeholders and field teams.
Responsibilities
● Server Management: Oversee server performance, ensuring uptime and data security.
● Network and Communication Systems: Establish and maintain communication channels such as SMS notifications, local radio broadcasts, and online platforms.
● Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to field teams and stakeholders.
● System Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of the system’s components to validate reliability and security before deployment.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven experience in programming and IT support roles, with proficiency in relevant tools and languages.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
