Available Positions
1. Fabricator
As a Fabricator at TSCL, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing metal structures and components. This role involves cutting, bending, and welding metal materials to ensure the efficient operation of our machinery and infrastructure. Precision, attention to detail, and expertise in fabrication techniques are essential.
2. Fitter Helper
The Fitter Helper will assist fitters in maintaining and assembling mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include handling tools, preparing work areas, and ensuring that machinery components are available when needed. This role is crucial for smooth operations and requires teamwork and a strong work ethic.
3. Auto Electrician
Auto Electricians at TSCL diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in company vehicles and heavy equipment. You will work on wiring, lighting, ignition systems, and electronic control units to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
4. Recovery Driver
As a Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for operating recovery vehicles to transport damaged or non-operational company vehicles and equipment. This role requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of road safety regulations, and the ability to handle heavy machinery under various conditions.
5. Workshop Fitter
The Workshop Fitter will install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment in our workshops. Duties include fitting bearings, assembling machinery, and conducting inspections to ensure all equipment meets operational standards.
6. Mill Fitter
Mill Fitters specialize in the maintenance and repair of milling equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, and servicing mechanical parts to ensure the smooth functioning of our sugar milling operations.
7. Heavy Plant Mechanic
Heavy Plant Mechanics maintain and repair heavy machinery used in sugarcane production, transportation, and processing. This includes diagnosing mechanical faults, conducting routine servicing, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
8. Mechanic
Mechanics at TSCL play a vital role in repairing and maintaining a wide range of company vehicles and machinery. Responsibilities include engine diagnostics, replacing defective parts, and ensuring that all mechanical systems operate efficiently.
9. Auto Electrician Supervisor
The Auto Electrician Supervisor oversees a team of auto electricians, ensuring that electrical maintenance and repairs are conducted effectively. This role involves supervising operations, diagnosing complex electrical issues, and implementing solutions to maintain fleet reliability.
10. Welder
Welders at TSCL are responsible for joining metal components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding. This role involves repairing machinery, constructing metal frameworks, and ensuring all welds meet safety and quality standards.
11. Welder Helper
