CFAO Mobility Kenya is seeking a Winpart Manager to drive the development and growth of the Winpart/Autofast Department in line with the company’s strategic vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive sales in the Aftermarket business, focusing on IAM Parts, Batteries, Lubricants, and Tyres.
This position reports to the Managing Director and is based in Nairobi.
Job Purpose
The Winpart Manager will oversee the development and execution of the business strategy for the Winpart/Autofast Department. The role will involve managing direct and indirect sales, procurement, and marketing activities to ensure business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Managerial & Technical Responsibilities
The Winpart Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the activity of the subsidiary’s Winpart Department through the following sales channels:
- Direct Sales: B2B customers (fleet, parts jobbers, garages) from dedicated Winpart sales outlets.
- Multi-brand rapid service (Autofast):
- Standalone service centers
- Franchised centers with specific partners
- Indirect Sales: Supplying certified garages (Team Toyota) and other authorized repair networks.
Additionally, the Winpart Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and expanding the Winpart brand portfolio of approximately 15 suppliers.
- Recruiting, managing, and organizing a high-performing sales and stock management team.
- Driving turnover and profitability (P&L management).
- Developing and executing commercial sales plans for each sales channel.
- Managing stock levels, procurement, and restocking.
- Expanding the product offering and growing market presence.
2. Sales & Marketing
- Develop and coordinate the budget and marketing plan.
- Implement sales development initiatives and manage customer portfolios.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key sales channels, including garages and franchisees.
- Monitor sales performance and initiate promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare competitive pricing strategies and respond to corporate/government tenders.
3. Management & Team Development
- Recruit, organize, and develop a high-performance team.
- Coordinate Spare Parts teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement ongoing training programs for staff.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, internal teams).
4. Procurement & Parts Storage
- Oversee the procurement process, working with suppliers and purchase offices.
- Ensure efficient stock ordering and inventory management.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain quality control and rotation.
5. Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Manage and optimize order flow, ensuring timely replenishment and delivery.
- Monitor operational costs and budgets.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Quality & Compliance
- Enforce compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Ensure optimal health, safety, and working conditions.
- Adhere to Group environmental and operational policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aftermarket industry, particularly in IAM spare parts.
- Proven expertise in managing distribution networks (garages, quick service centers).
- Strong experience in team leadership and management.
- Hands-on experience in stock and procurement management.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing management.
- Solid technical knowledge of automotive repair and spare parts.
