Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) 2025: Scholarship Opportunities for Kenyan Students
The Republic of Kenya’s Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Thailand International Co-operation Agency (TICA) and Thai universities/academic institutions, is pleased to announce the Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) for the year 2025. This prestigious scholarship opportunity is available exclusively for Kenyan students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree in Thailand.
Scholarship Overview
The Thailand International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP) is a fully funded scholarship designed to support academic excellence in various key areas. For 2025, five (5) candidates will be nominated in each of the following critical fields of study:
- Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP)
- Climate Change
- Food Security
- Public Health
- Bio-Circular Green Economy
- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The initiative aims to equip scholars with knowledge and expertise that will contribute to the sustainable development of Kenya while fostering strong bilateral ties between Thailand and Kenya.
Participating Academic Institutions and Courses
A variety of Thai universities and academic institutions are participating in the TIPP 2025 programme, offering specialized Master’s courses tailored to each of the aforementioned fields. Eligibility and Application Requirements
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the age limits and academic requirements specified by their chosen academic institution. General requirements include:

- Certified photocopies of:
- National ID card
- Academic and professional certificates
- Academic transcripts
- Birth certificate
- Other relevant testimonials
Application Procedure
Interested candidates should follow the steps outlined below to complete their application:

- Complete the Application Form
- Fill out two copies of the application form and attach the required supporting documents.
