1. Accounts Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Process payments, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support audits and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
2. Sales & Relationship Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance business growth.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Promote Sacco products and services to increase sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategy development.
- Meet set sales targets and prepare periodic reports.
3. Insurance Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing insurance claims and policy administration.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and customer details.
- Liaise with insurance providers and ensure timely policy renewals.
- Address client inquiries and provide support on insurance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
4. Insurance Sales Representatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Market and sell insurance products to Sacco members and clients.
- Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Provide professional advice on insurance policies.
- Follow up on client inquiries and policy renewals.
- Meet sales targets and prepare reports.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
5. Credit Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
- Conduct loan appraisals and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Sacco credit policies and procedures.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Provide financial advisory services to clients.
- Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate records.
6. Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain records.
