Role Overview
As a Shop Assistant at Nizar’s Line, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include customer engagement, inventory management, sales support, and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will assist with social media management, ensuring that the brand’s online presence remains strong and engaging for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers, offering personalized shopping experiences.
- Understand customer needs and provide recommendations on hijabs and modest wear styles.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and with a positive brand experience.
2. Inventory Management
- Keep track of stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new stock shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of products and report any stock shortages.
3. Visual Merchandising
- Arrange and maintain store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and organized at all times.
- Assist in creating an inviting store atmosphere that aligns with Nizar’s Line’s brand aesthetic.
- Rotate stock and manage promotional displays to highlight new arrivals and bestsellers.
4. Social Media Management
- Assist in creating content for the brand’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Capture in-store moments, new arrivals, and customer experiences to share online.
- Engage with customers on social media by responding to comments and messages.
- Provide insights on trending modest fashion styles to help shape the brand’s marketing strategies.
5. Store Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
- Ensure all items are correctly tagged, folded, and displayed.
- Follow hygiene protocols, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and retail operations. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Customer service and sales experience – Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Organizational and time management abilities – Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
