- Perform clerical and administrative duties.
- Manage mail, office supplies, and records.
- Assist in document preparation and filing.

3. Security Guard II
- Maintain security and safety of the premises.
- Control access and monitor the institution.
- Conduct security patrols.
- Assist in emergency response.
4. Assistant Security Officer
- Supervise security staff.

5. Cook I
- Prepare and cook meals for students and staff.

- Operate driving school vehicles.

9. Data Clerk
- Enter and manage institutional data.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports and analyze data.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
10. Senior Assistant Librarian
- Supervise library operations.
- Organize and maintain library resources.
- Assist staff and students with research.
- Promote literacy and library use.
11. Assistant Librarian I
- Assist in cataloging and classification.
- Support users in accessing resources.
- Maintain library systems.
- Enforce library policies.
12. Boiler Operator
- Operate and maintain boilers.
- Conduct routine inspections.
- Troubleshoot boiler issues.

13. ICT Technician
- Provide ICT support and troubleshooting.

Terms of engagement
Terms: Three (3) years contract.
Salary: As per the approved TTTI salary structure
