1. Senior Manager, Information Risk
Deadline: 7th February 2025 Reporting to the Head, Information Risk, the Senior Manager, Information Risk leads information risk-related reviews and advisory assignments across the Group. This includes projects, cybersecurity, and governance, ensuring that the bank’s Information Systems and ICT infrastructure are appropriate, reliable, and secure. The role also oversees a team of Information Risk Managers and Analysts while providing recommendations for improvements.
2. Information Risk Manager
Deadline: 7th February 2025 Reporting to the Head, Compliance and Ethics in the Risk Division, the Information Risk Manager will develop and execute the bank’s Strategic Risk Management Framework. The role involves evaluating various scenarios and their potential impact on the institution’s value while working closely with other divisions and subsidiaries to improve strategic risk management.
3. Operational Risk Manager
Deadline: 7th February 2025 The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated operational risk management framework within the Group. The objective is to embed operational risk management practices across the organization while balancing business growth with firm controls.
4. Business Process Analyst
Deadline: 12th February 2025 The Business Process Analyst is responsible for process mapping, identifying key business areas requiring improvement, and organizing stakeholder engagements. The role involves analyzing existing processes, gathering data, and assessing business models to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in process documentation.
5. Information Risk Analyst
Deadline: 7th February 2025 The Information Risk Analyst is responsible for overseeing IT-related risks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that KCB Group subsidiaries comply with set standards. The role also involves anticipating potential threats and vulnerabilities to enable the bank to leverage emerging technologies safely.
6. Manager – Subsidiaries Support
Deadline: 12th February 2025 This role ensures the standardization of supply chain best practices across the Group. The Manager supports the consolidation of sourcing contracts, execution of sourcing projects, and leveraging the Group’s scale for optimal procurement outcomes for subsidiaries.
7. Senior Brand Manager
Deadline: 7th February 2025 Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal marketing campaigns for enabling functions. The role includes creating brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and communication plans to enhance the visibility and growth of KCB’s various business segments.
8. Enterprise Solution Engineer
Deadline: 7th February 2025 The Enterprise Solution Engineer is responsible for the timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise solutions driven by card payment technologies. The role involves working with Enterprise and Solution Architects to develop technically complex, multi-component solutions that align with business needs.
9. Technical Analyst – Partnerships and New Ventures
Deadline: 14th February 2025 Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnership & New Ventures, the Technical Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze technical capabilities and contribute to the development of digital financial services.
10. Data Engineer
Deadline: 14th February 2025 The Data Engineer is responsible for managing data sourcing, processing workflows, and automation of analytics deployments. The role involves leveraging analytics, data management skills, and problem-solving capabilities to enhance data-driven decision-making.
11. Database Administrator
Deadline: 14th February 2025 The Database Administrator ensures high performance, availability, integrity, and security of database systems. These databases run on diverse technologies, including MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
12. Commercial Analyst, Partnerships and New Ventures
Deadline: 14th February 2025 Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Analysis, the Commercial Analyst is responsible for analyzing the performance of the Group’s digital products and services. The role involves data collection, transformation, preparation of dashboards, and communicating insights to support business decisions.
13. Cybersecurity Analyst (DevSecOps)
Deadline: 14th February 2025 The Cybersecurity Analyst (DevSecOps) is responsible for security assurance in software development and deployment. The role involves conducting security reviews, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices, and maintaining secure software configurations.
14. Head, Marketing – Business Functions
Deadline: 14th February 2025 Reporting to the Group Director, Marketing and Communications, this role translates KCB Group’s Brand Purpose into actionable brand plans. The Head of Marketing will oversee brand strategy across Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Digital Financial Services, Treasury, and other business functions.
15. Senior Brand Manager, Digital Campaigns
Deadline: 14th February 2025 Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for executing digital campaigns to drive brand impact and business growth. The Senior Brand Manager will leverage technology, data analytics, and digital platforms to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.
16. SAHL Banker
Deadline: 14th February 2025 The SAHL Banker is responsible for growing SAHL’s business in both assets and liabilities. The role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
17. Data Scientist
