Key Responsibilities:
- Implement research protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Recruit participants at schools and obtain informed consent from adolescents and caregivers.
- Conduct follow-ups with participants via phone or in person.
- Perform participant screening, quantitative interviews (using REDCap), and in-depth interviews.
- Collect, abstract, and manage data (e.g., report cards, anthropometric measurements).
- Ensure accurate data entry in collaboration with the Data Manager and Study Coordinator.
- Maintain detailed records of research activities.
Vacancy Requirements:
1• Diploma in Social Sciences, Public Health, Counseling, Community Development, or related fields. – Mandatory
2• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry. Experience with REDCap is essential. – Mandatory
3• Experience in motorcycle riding and maintenance. – Mandatory
4• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities. – Mandatory
5• Experience working with adolescents. – Mandatory
6• Knowledge of nutrition and agriculture is an advantage. – Added Advantage
7• Familiarity with the local community and geography. – Mandatory
