Position: Graduate Trainee
Job Description As a Graduate Trainee at AAA Growers Limited, you will engage in an immersive learning experience that covers different facets of the industry, including:
- Crop Production & Agronomy: Gain hands-on experience in growing high-quality crops. Learn about soil management, pest control, irrigation systems, and the best agronomic practices that contribute to sustainable farming.
- Packhouse Operations: Work in packhouse management to understand post-harvest handling, quality control, and processing of agricultural produce for both local and export markets.
- Post-Harvest Management: Learn how to maintain the freshness and quality of produce by implementing effective post-harvest handling techniques, storage methods, and logistics management.
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety: Get exposure to global food safety standards and quality control measures. Work with industry experts to ensure compliance with international regulations and customer requirements.
- Research & Development: Contribute to continuous improvement through research projects aimed at enhancing productivity, sustainability, and efficiency in farming practices.
