   • Supervise overall farm production activities.
   • Monitor yields, workforce management, and implementation of best practices.
4. Head of Compost – Simba Farm
   • Manage compost production and soil fertility programs.
   • Ensure proper decomposition and nutrient management.
5. Senior Land Preparation Supervisor – Veg
   • Oversee land preparation activities.
