Job Description for Bus Conductors:

1. Assisting passengers during onboarding and alighting to ensure safety and orderliness.
2. Collecting fares and issuing tickets to passengers.
3. Providing accurate travel information and assisting passengers with inquiries.
4. Monitoring passenger behavior to ensure safety and compliance with transport regulations.
5. Coordinating with the bus driver to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
6. Ensuring cleanliness and order within the bus throughout the day.
7. Reporting any issues or incidents during operations to the relevant supervisor.
8. Building positive relationships with passengers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Bus Drivers
