Job Title: Business Development Executive
1. Lead Generation for new businesses with key decision-makers.
2. Relationship Building with prospective clients
3. Client Acquisition
4. Market Research & Strategy Development to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
5. Sales Strategy & Proposal Development to prospective clients.
6. Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams for client feedback to improve service offerings.
8. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a PR, marketing, or advertising agency.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Understanding of public relations, media, and communication strategies.
2. Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
