Accounts Clerk
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts receivables, accounts payables and reconciliations.
- Book keeping and general accounting.
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and cheques
- Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
- Assist in internal audits through following the set financial standards and guidelines
- Perform clerical work and other office duties as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Must possess a Minimum of CPA 4
- Experience with financial planning software
- Must have at least two years’ experience
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest and of high integrity
