We are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants for immediate entry and for the September 2025 term. The ideal candidates should have experience working within a British Curriculum School and must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education
- Assist in lesson planning and classroom management
- Provide individual or small group support to students
- Supervise children during lessons, activities, and breaks
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a British Curriculum School is essential
- Registration with the TSC is mandatory

Head of Early Years (September Term 2025)
The Banda School is also looking to appoint a Head of Early Years for the September 2025 term. This is a leadership role that requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in Early Years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Develop and implement curriculum strategies that align with the British Curriculum
- Oversee and support Early Years staff to foster a nurturing learning environment
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for young learners
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Experience working in a British Curriculum School is essential
- Registration with the TSC (Kenya) or TRN (UK) is required
