ACCOUNTANT POSITION

Deliverance Church International Kasarani (Zimmerman) is recruiting an accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping accounting records for the Church and its affiliate Ministry institutions.

Minimum Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant Part 2(CPA2).
2. Two years’ work experience as an Accountant or a person eager to learn and be mentored.

iii. Hands-on experience with accounting software Sage Pastel, quick books, Alpha Soft Mzizi school management system/related systems and Advanced MS Excel skills.

1. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures 
2. Experience with general ledger functions 
3. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

vii. Ability to work under minimal supervision

viii. Good team player and willingness to learn 

1. Evidence of experience in project accounting will be an added advantage
