1. Grants Assistant (Nairobi – Full Time)
As a Grants Assistant, you will support the grants management team in ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of donor-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in grant proposal writing and budget development.
- Support compliance with donor requirements and reporting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of grant agreements and financial documentation.
- Monitor grant expenditures and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement gender inclusion strategies in line with SHOFCO’s mission.
- Conduct gender assessments and identify key gaps in program delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on gender-sensitive programming.
- Establish partnerships with local stakeholders to advance gender equality initiatives.

4. Gender and Inclusion Caseworker (Anywhere – Full Time)
As a Gender and Inclusion Caseworker, you will support individuals facing gender-based discrimination and violence, ensuring they receive necessary assistance and advocacy.

- Provide case management support to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) and marginalized individuals.
