About the Role
As the Digital Content Producer, you will oversee the production and management of multimedia content that supports the Cathedral’s mission. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality video production, live streaming of services, and the creation of engaging digital content across various platforms. You will also lead a team of media volunteers, collaborate with ministry leaders, and implement innovative media strategies to enhance the Cathedral’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of live streaming, including pre-live, live, and post-live activities to ensure seamless broadcasting of services and events.
- Work closely with the Communications and PR Officer to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and digital campaigns.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including reels, posters, and social media graphics, ensuring consistency with the Cathedral’s brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with worship ministers, coordinators, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch video content for various church projects.
- Lead, train, and mentor the Media Team to maintain high standards of production and foster team collaboration.
- Oversee the proper storage, maintenance, and usage of production equipment, ensuring an up-to-date inventory and availability when needed.
- Stay updated with emerging media trends and implement new techniques to enhance the impact of the Cathedral’s visual storytelling.
- Prepare and manage the annual media department budget and generate reports on activities, team performance, and project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in video production, live streaming, and content creation, preferably in a church or ministry setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong technical knowledge in video recording, lighting, and post-production.
- Basic understanding of audio management and sound editing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of All Saints’ Cathedral.
- Willingness to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
- Physical ability to handle and set up video production equipment.
