Head of Enterprise Architecture
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Head of Enterprise Architecture within Jubilee Life Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Group Chief Information Officer and will be based at the Head Office in Nairobi.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and maintain the IT enterprise architecture roadmap and strategy tailored to the industry’s needs.
- Ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Drive compliance with specific regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the IT architecture team.
- Collaborate effectively with insurance business stakeholders to drive technology initiatives specific to insurance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and insurance-specific certifications (e.g., insurance operations, regulations) are highly desirable.
